Pet Policy

We are excited to welcome your pets upon approval. Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year, are welcome at our community. Pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. We limit 2 pets per apartment home. Monthly pet rent of $40 will be charged for 1 cat and monthly pet rent of $60 for up to 2 cats. Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged for 1 dog and monthly pet rent of $75 for up to 2 dogs. Monthly pet rent of $65 will be charged for 1 dog and 1 cat. Whereas there are no weight limits, there are breed restrictions. We will accept all breeds of dogs, except the following or any combination of mixed breeds that contain any: Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Pitbull/ Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Chow, Mastiff, Cane Corso, or any other breed with aggressive, dangerous and/or vicious tendencies or behavior. We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time. We do allow other types of pets at no additional cost. Fees do not apply to service animals.
